BEDROCK SCHOLAR EMERGES "BEST GRADUATING STUDENT IN UNIBEN"

Bedrock Foundation Scholar, Eghosa Osayande of Electrical Engineering department has emerged as the best graduating student of the University of Benin. Eghosa Osayande topped the list of 178 students who bagged first-class degree honours in the 2020/21 academic session out of the 14,254 students who graduated in the session. This feat earned him the rare privilege of presenting the valedictory speech on behalf of the graduating students during the institution's 48th convocation which took place on 24th November, 2023.

A total of nine Bedrock Foundation scholars graduated with six first class and three second class upper. Those who bagged first class include Osayande Eghosa(Elect Engr), Esezobor Obimai(Arch), Ayere Joshua(Chem Engr), Binibor Mary-Ann(Arch), Ikponmwosa Blessing(Geology), Amana Peace(Accounting) while Idehen Adesuwa(Arch), Ifebhor Victory(Chem Engr) and Omoruyi Efe Osa(Chem Engr) graduated with Second Class Upper.
